This Kenny costume features an orange, polyfoam tunic with the details of Kenny's coat and gloves printed on the front. The top is attached to stretchable material with holes for your head and arms to secure the tunic to your body. The foam front is 32 inches wide from glove to glove. The foam character headpiece is 25 inches wide and printed with Kenny's face and hood. Your head fits into an elastic net attached to the back of the headpiece, where you can see out through a mesh cutout atop Kenny's hood. The orange pants have an elastic waist.
