Kids Phantom Costume

A matching black belt ties around the waist to accent the robe. The black hood slips on over the head with black, see-through mesh covering the face. A pair of fade-in/fade-out glasses slip on under the hood. They are attached to a battery pack that easily turns the light-up glasses on and off (please note the battery pack requires three (3) "AA" batteries which are not included).
