An electrifying array of colors to max out your mani! The Neon Nail Polish is 0.5 fl. oz. It's phthalate, toluene and formaldehyde-free formula glows under black light and makes life bright (even at night)!

• Includes: (1) Neon Nail Polish.
• Available in Neon Pink, Neon Green and Neon Purple.
  • Application: Use a base/clear coat (sold separately) to set a foundation for the polish. Apply the polish on top of the base coat.
  • Removal: Remove nail polish with nail polish remover (not included).
• Not intended for use by children under 14 years of age.
• We cannot accept make-up or make-up accessories for return unless they are in their original packaging, unopened and sealed.
