Toddler Rag Doll Costume

The dress has a sheer, white top with cuffed bell-sleeves and decorative red trim along the sleeves and neckline. White lace adorns the neckline while two blue straps run down the front. The attached white apron has delicate lace trim with two red bows attached where the blue straps meet the apron and apron strings to tie in back. An attached white petticoat with lace trim peeks out from under the skirt. The dress slips on over the head, with elastic in the waist for a comfortable fit.
